At Gyanpeeth Residential School, we aim to maintain transparency and clarity in all financial dealings with parents/guardians. The following refund policy is in strict alignment with the signed Fee Deposit Agreement and Parent Undertaking for the academic session.
No refund of any fee will be granted if a child is withdrawn from the school after one month of admission, irrespective of the reason or attendance.
If a child is withdrawn within one month of admission, no part of the fee shall be refunded under any circumstances.
Admission fees, hostel charges, tuition fees, and any other paid components are non-refundable once paid.
A written request for withdrawal must be submitted to the school office at least one week in advance before the intended date of withdrawal.
The date of application submission will be considered the official date of withdrawal for administrative purposes.
Even in the following situations, no refund will be processed:
Transfer to another school
Personal or family reasons
Discontinuation due to health issues or relocation
Withdrawal due to academic or behavioral concerns
If a payment is made twice or in excess due to a technical or clerical error, the school may process a refund of the excess amount only, upon proper verification and request.
The parent/guardian must submit a written request for a refund along with a copy of the transaction proof.
If approved, the amount will be credited to the parent/guardian’s bank account within 10 to 15 working days from the date of approval.
A late fee of ₹100 per day will be charged after the due date of each installment.
Prolonged non-payment may lead to suspension, withholding of academic records, or cancellation of admission, as per the Fee Agreement.
All matters related to fee payment, refunds, and financial policies will fall under the legal jurisdiction of Chandauli Court, Uttar Pradesh, as declared in the Fee Undertaking.
